Executive Summary
Puneet Bhakri runs the global revenue organisation at Sirion, the contract lifecycle management company headquartered in Lehi, Utah, whose platform manages more than seven million contracts in over a hundred languages for large enterprises. His route to the job is a distinctive one: he came to the company from EY in 2021 not to sell but to build its partner ecosystem, on the argument that contract lifecycle management is bought as part of a transformation programme rather than as a product, and therefore reaches customers through the consultancies and legal-service providers running those programmes. That thesis worked well enough that partner-influenced acquisition and partner-led implementation became a substantial share of the company’s growth, and Bhakri moved from running alliances to running revenue as a whole. The alliances function he built now sits beneath him, led by its own executive vice president.

Professional Journey
Bhakri spent the first part of his career in management consulting, at KPMG and then at EY, working on the cluster of problems that sit around enterprise contracting: contract risk, compliance, strategic sourcing and digital transformation. That is the buyer’s side of the market Sirion sells into, and it is unusual background for a revenue leader — he arrived understanding the programmes that contract software gets bought as part of, rather than the software category itself.
He joined SirionLabs by May 2021 as head of global alliances and partnerships. The remit was explicitly a growth strategy rather than a business-development function: large enterprises do not usually procure a contract lifecycle management platform in isolation, they procure it inside a sourcing or legal-operations transformation led by a consultancy or a managed-services provider. Owning those relationships means being present at the point the decision is actually made. Within months the company had established North American alliances with KPMG, Integreon and Fluxym, and by the company’s own account both partner-influenced customer acquisition and partner-led implementations rose sharply.
The KPMG relationship in particular deepened. In September 2022 SirionLabs announced an expansion of its strategic alliance with KPMG, on the back of multiple CLM transformation projects the two had run together across different regions — the pattern of a partnership moving from opportunistic co-selling to a standing joint practice. Bhakri’s title grew with the scope, to SVP and Global Head of Alliances & Partnerships.
His promotion to Chief Revenue Officer extended that to the entire revenue organisation of a company that has since rebranded from SirionLabs to Sirion and repositioned around agentic AI — a conversational interface over specialised AI agents handling contract management, risk assessment and compliance. In March 2026 he brought in Pat McBrearty as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Alliances, reporting to him, to take over and scale the partner ecosystem. Announcing it, Bhakri framed the market as being mid-reset: “Sirion is redefining how enterprises manage contracts in the age of AI,” and McBrearty’s ability to “architect and scale world-class partner ecosystems” would be pivotal as the platform expanded globally. It is a fair marker of the arc — the function he was hired to build now needs a dedicated executive of its own, and he has moved up to the layer above it.
