Professional Journey
Pronin’s career has been in selling enterprise technology and services, and over time it has concentrated on Workday, the cloud platform for human capital management and financials. TopBloc, which he now serves as Chief Revenue Officer, has been a Workday services provider since 2017 and supports customers across the full lifecycle of the platform, from deployment to post-production services.
As CRO he owns every commercial function: business development, sales, partnerships, customer success and marketing. The company credits his leadership with industry-leading growth and with widening TopBloc’s market presence, and describes his approach as data-informed and built on long-term client relationships.
That growth ended in a sale. ASGN Incorporated, an NYSE-listed IT services group and the parent of Apex Systems, announced on 4 March 2025 that it had closed its acquisition of TopBloc, LLC for $340 million, 90 percent in cash and 10 percent in equity, and granted retention stock awards to 41 key TopBloc employees. ASGN described TopBloc as a leading tech-enabled Workday consultancy and presented the deal as a way to position itself in the ERP and Workday market as generative AI raises the value of clean, auditable enterprise data. TopBloc joined ASGN’s Commercial Segment.
In November 2025 ASGN announced that it would bring its six brands, Apex Systems, Creative Circle, CyberCoders, ECS, GlideFast and TopBloc, under a single parent brand, and on 24 April 2026 it changed its name to Everforth, Inc. The firm Pronin sells for now operates as Everforth TopBloc, part of Everforth’s Commercial Segment. He remains its Chief Revenue Officer.
