Executive Summary

Kevin Rozanski is Chief Financial Officer of Confluence Technologies, the Pittsburgh company that sells regulatory, analytics and investor communications software to asset managers, asset owners, asset servicers and investment consultants. He joined in January 2026, reporting to founder and chief executive Mark Evans, and brings a career spent largely in and around private-equity-backed companies: he was CFO of Prometheus Group through its sale from Genstar to Advent International and Leonard Green & Partners, and before that CFO of Silverline, a Pamlico Capital-backed consultancy. That background fits a business that has itself been sponsor-owned for years, with Clearlake Capital acquiring majority control from TA Associates in 2021.

Career Highlights

  • Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Confluence Technologies in January 2026, overseeing financial strategy and operations.
  • CFO of Prometheus Group, an enterprise asset management software company, helping guide its sale from Genstar to Advent International and Leonard Green & Partners.
  • CFO of Silverline, a Pamlico Capital-backed consulting firm in the Salesforce ecosystem, covering reporting, audit and compliance, treasury, tax and planning.
  • Vice President of Finance at AGDATA, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company.
  • Earlier advised private-equity-backed companies as an Office of the CFO consultant with Accordion, and worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse.

Professional Journey

Rozanski holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He began in investment banking at Credit Suisse and then spent several years advising private-equity-backed companies as a consultant to the Office of the CFO with Accordion — a route that put him on both the deal side and the operating side of sponsor-owned businesses before he held a finance leadership title himself.

He moved in-house as Vice President of Finance at AGDATA, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, and then became Chief Financial Officer of Silverline, a Pamlico Capital-backed consulting firm serving the Salesforce ecosystem, where Confluence says he ran financial reporting, audit and compliance, treasury, tax and strategic planning. His next role was CFO of Prometheus Group, an enterprise asset management software company, where he played a key part in guiding the company through its sale from Genstar to Advent International and Leonard Green & Partners.

Confluence announced his appointment as Chief Financial Officer on 13 January 2026. The company, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Pittsburgh, says it has more than 700 employees across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, South Africa and Australia and serves over 1,000 clients in more than 40 countries. Clearlake Capital agreed in June 2021 to acquire a majority stake from TA Associates, which kept a minority holding. Rozanski is responsible for setting and executing Confluence’s financial strategy, overseeing financial operations and partnering with the leadership team on growth and value creation. “Kevin’s proven track record of financial leadership and deep private equity experience make him an exceptional addition to our executive team,” Evans said. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
