Professional Journey

Kibo Commerce describes Mills as having “over 25 years of experience helping companies drive stronger performance”. Among his earlier employers it lists Atlantic Richfield and Shell Oil Company.

The largest part of his early career was at Sabre Holdings, the travel technology company, where he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer. He was responsible for global treasury, corporate development and corporate strategy, and he led an international M&A strategy in which Sabre acquired six companies and divested four businesses. He went on to become Chief Financial Officer of Infogroup and then of Lanyon. He next joined Kibo Commerce, a cloud commerce software company, as CFO. He is now Chief Financial Officer of Revalize, which he joined directly from Kibo. Revalize was founded in 2021 from the acquisition of several long-established software companies serving manufacturers. Its portfolio includes computer-aided design software for businesses that design, model, develop and sell manufactured products.
