Executive Summary

Christina Bailey is Chief Financial Officer of Kalibrate, which sells location intelligence and fuel pricing software and analytics and says it has more than 1,000 clients. She leads global finance, capital strategy and performance management, working with the board and executive team, and sits on the board of the group’s UK company, Kalibrate Technologies Limited. The company describes her as a CPA with more than 20 years of finance leadership in professional services and technology and with deep private-equity experience. Her earlier CFO roles fit that description: an architecture firm, then two fast-growing cloud consultancies.

Career Highlights

  • Chief Financial Officer of Kalibrate, responsible for global finance, capital strategy and performance management.
  • Director of Kalibrate Technologies Limited since 24 February 2025.
  • Chief Financial Officer of Zennify, whose founder wrote in March 2024 that she had “been instrumental”.
  • Joined MTX Group as Chief Financial Officer in July 2019. The company expected her to guide it through an investment round.
  • Earlier Chief Financial Officer of Humphreys & Partners Architects.

Professional Journey

Bailey’s career has been in finance leadership across the services industry. The first CFO role on public record is at Humphreys & Partners Architects, a Dallas architecture firm.

In July 2019 MTX Group, a cloud implementation partner with a large public-sector business, appointed her Chief Financial Officer, based in Frisco, Texas. The company said she would play “a critical role” in its hyper-growth phase, “guiding us through an investment round while promoting compliance and risk management”. It also noted that her appointment gave MTX an equal number of men and women among its chief officers. The announcement listed her areas of experience as financial planning and analysis, treasury management, strategic planning and risk management.

She was later CFO of Zennify, a Salesforce consultancy backed by the investment firm Tercera. When Zennify marked its tenth anniversary in March 2024, its founder wrote that “our CFO Christina Bailey has been instrumental and the only regret I have is that we didn’t meet and hire her earlier in our journey.”

She joined Kalibrate as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed a director of Kalibrate Technologies Limited in February 2025. Kalibrate traces its roots to Market Planning Solutions Inc, founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1970. Today it combines fuel pricing software with location analytics for retail, restaurant, convenience, financial services and other clients, and it acquired Intalytics in 2021. Its board includes a non-executive director from the investment firm Hanover, and the company highlights her private-equity experience.
