- Held leadership roles at TIBCO Software, including Senior Vice President of TIBCO Sales for North America and Europe.

- Earlier held sales and marketing roles at Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, Plateau Systems and Siebel Systems, spanning the consolidation of the enterprise HR and CRM software markets.
Professional Journey
Kristick’s career has run through the enterprise software companies that defined successive waves of the market. He began in sales and marketing roles at Siebel Systems, the CRM pioneer, and at Plateau Systems and SuccessFactors, two of the learning and talent-management vendors that SAP went on to absorb, as well as at Oracle and SAP themselves. That sequence gave him repeated exposure to businesses being scaled and then acquired.
He moved from individual software vendors into general management as President of Meridian Knowledge Solutions, a learning-management software company, taking on an operating role rather than a purely commercial one. He then joined TIBCO Software, the integration and analytics vendor, rising to Senior Vice President of TIBCO Sales for North America and Europe, where Avetta’s announcement credited him with helping lead initiatives toward the company’s next level of financial, operational and market performance.
Avetta recruited him in September 2023 into a Chief Revenue Officer position it had not previously had. Announcing the appointment, chief executive Arshad Matin framed it as timed to a phase of strong revenue growth and profitability and to the need to scale the organization for its next stage. The remit was Avetta’s global revenue operations, and the company’s current description of the role extends it across sales, marketing and revenue operations together.
The company itself changed hands during his tenure: in April 2024 EQT Private Equity agreed to acquire Avetta from Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, which had owned it previously. Kristick remained in the Chief Revenue Officer role through and after that transaction, and Avetta’s leadership page still lists him in it, alongside Matin as chief executive.
