Professional Journey
Wolff studied communications at Villanova University. Q4 describes him as having nearly two decades of experience at software and technology companies, with a record of diversifying revenue streams, building sales teams and keeping long-standing customer relationships.
Most of that career was spent at Cint, a market research technology company, where he stayed for about twelve years. His roles there included EVP of Americas, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Commercial Officer; the sources do not date the individual roles. Q4 credits him with helping to scale Cint and says he was instrumental in its 2021 listing on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange.
Q4 announced his appointment as Chief Revenue Officer on 22 January 2025. The company builds what it calls an IR Ops platform, which combines investor relations websites, events, engagement analytics and investor relationship management, and it was promoting an AI-driven, consolidated version of that platform when he joined. In the announcement, then-chief executive and founder Darrell Heaps said Wolff “understands, firsthand, the challenges public companies face and what it takes to build a winning IR strategy”. Wolff said that investor relations “is inherently complex, but Q4’s technology helps simplify it.”
Q4’s current leadership page still lists him as CRO. The leadership around him has changed since he joined: Lewis Black is now listed as CEO, and Heaps as Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer.
