Professional Journey

Mauch earned a Doctor of Pharmacy at Mercer University and a PhD in pharmaceutical science at the University of South Carolina, focusing on health economics and outcomes research. He founded Xcenda, formerly Applied Health Outcomes, which provides health economics, strategic and reimbursement consulting to pharmaceutical companies.

He joined AmerisourceBergen in 2007 when it acquired Xcenda. He held sales, marketing and operations roles at AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation, becoming its Chief Operating Officer in 2014 and President in 2015.
