In 2010 he returned to Atlanta to join Cardlytics before it had any revenue, and became its President of US Advertising. He then spent five years in New York at American Express as VP of Marketing for its US Small Medium Enterprise commercial business.
CallRail announced his appointment as Chief Executive Officer on 30 June 2021. Andy Powell, who had co-founded the company in 2011 with Kevin Mann, said he wanted to get back to building and hand over the reins; he remained on the board and advised part-time through a transition that began in August 2021.
Under Ginsberg, CallRail has made AI central to how it describes its product, and has passed $100 million in annual recurring revenue. It is headquartered in downtown Atlanta and reports more than 225,000 businesses as customers and over 270 employees.
