Hranicky earned a BA in business administration at The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with honors at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He worked for the Southland Corporation before joining Wells Fargo in 1995.
At Wells Fargo he was a loan team manager, relationship manager and regional manager of Loan Syndication, then head of the Wells Fargo Energy Group and of Corporate Banking. From August 2018 he headed Middle Market Banking.
