Symphony Talent’s 2022 announcement credited him with over 30 years of leading SaaS companies, with expertise in software and business intelligence, organizational growth and strategic partnerships. His roles before Symphony Talent included chief growth officer at Waystar and CEO of PeopleAdmin, a SaaS company. After those he became CEO of Syntellis Performance Solutions. The company credits him and his team with advancing that business through innovation, acquisitions and operational improvements. An SEC filing made in September 2020 by its holding company, Syntellis Holdings, is signed by him as Chief Executive Officer and President.

Symphony Talent named him CEO in May 2022. The company was then backed by Symphony Technology Group, and its Managing Director Sunit Mukherjee cited Randa’s record as an executive leader. Randa succeeded Roopesh Nair, who stayed on as Chief Product Officer. At his appointment Randa framed the market around what he called the shift from the “Great Resignation” to the “Great Reimagination”, with employers rethinking jobs and flexible work.

Under Randa, Symphony Talent released a series of AI features, all under its SFX product suite. These included Interview Genius for on-demand interviewing in 2024, the Tala AI assistant and a GenAI Email Builder in December 2025, and Career Finder in April 2026. Presenting Career Finder, he said AI should be “intelligence embedded across the full funnel” rather than a point solution.

In September 2026 Harver acquired Symphony Talent. The combined company is backed by Rubicon Technology Partners and reports more than 1,500 clients and over 300 employees. The announcement quoted Harver CEO Sean Barry. No role for Randa had been announced as of 28 September 2026.
