Valiantys hired him in January 2025 as Executive Vice President and General Manager of North America, its fastest-growing region, to expand across commercial, federal and highly regulated sectors. On joining he said that “real business transformation requires the combination of business, process, change and technology capabilities”.
In February 2026 the company made him Chief Executive Officer. Valiantys said it had strengthened its operations in 2025 and was focusing on helping enterprise clients modernise critical work systems and improve execution, while building AI-powered solutions on Atlassian’s platform. Forst set out his view of the job: “The future of work will not be defined by platforms alone, it will be defined by how effectively teams collaborate, decide and deliver.” The company operates in 11 countries across North America, Europe, India and Australia.
