Professional Journey

Before Sitetracker, Incitti worked at TIBCO Software, the infrastructure and analytics software company. He was named as its investor contact on quarterly earnings releases filed with the SEC in 2013 and 2014.

He was chief executive of Sitetracker by July 2017. That month the company, then filing as SiteTraker, Inc. from Montclair, New Jersey, reported an $11 million offering on a Form D that he signed as CEO. The product began by managing high-volume deployment projects for telecom operators; early releases name customers such as Verizon, Ericsson, British Telecom and Vodafone. It later spread into renewable energy, EV charging and utilities. Sitetracker raised a $42 million Series C in January 2021. In 2022 it closed a further round of equity and debt financing totalling $96 million, and its October 2022 Form D reports $66.5 million sold against a $70 million offering.

In January 2023 Sitetracker set up a corporate development and strategy team reporting to Incitti. At the time he said the company’s growth to date had been “completely organic”. That changed in December 2024 with the purchase of the ATLAS platform from FTC Solar, its first acquisition, which brought a decade of renewables-specific software into Sitetracker. By then the company had nearly 400 employees and more than 350 customers.

Since then, Incitti has positioned Sitetracker around the whole life of an asset, operations and maintenance as well as construction. Recent launches include Finance Central for project budgeting and forecasting, an agentic AI platform called Scout, and a September 2026 partnership with 5x5 Technologies to generate “synthetic” 3D digital twins of tower portfolios from data already in Sitetracker. Announcing the 2025 results, he said critical infrastructure organisations “are being asked to move faster and operate smarter without adding complexity.”

Outside the company, he sits on the President’s Leadership Council of Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken.
