Caldichoury co-founded PickYourSkills in 2018 with Etienne Caldichoury and Arnaud Cammas; the company was registered on 1 February that year. The idea, as he put it to Maddyness in 2019, was that project managers struggle to find the right colleagues inside their own firm to staff their teams. The product matched employees’ skills to project needs.

As CEO he raised EUR 1 million from Kerala Ventures and Kima Ventures in 2019. In March 2022 the company closed an EUR 8 million Series A led by MAIF Avenir, with Kerala Ventures reinvesting; at the time it had about 30 staff and Caldichoury set out an ambition to lead European staffing-management software within three years.

The company later rebranded as Napta, a name it traces to Nabta Playa, the Egyptian site of one of the earliest known calendars. It now describes itself as a resource management platform for professional services, covering skills mapping, matching, allocation workflows, resource planning and financial monitoring, with hosting in Europe and ISO 27001 certification. In July 2025 Napta announced the second edition of its awards for services firms, quoting Caldichoury as CEO and co-founder. The French company register lists him as President of the company, with Etienne Caldichoury and Arnaud Cammas as directeurs généraux; Napta’s own site presents Cammas as Managing Director and co-founder.
