Executive Summary
Anthony Foy is Chief Executive Officer of Uberall, the Berlin-headquartered software company whose platform helps multi-location brands manage listings, reviews, local pages, social media and AI search visibility across more than a million locations. He took over as CEO in spring 2024 from co-founder Florian Hübner, who moved into the role of President. Foy came to Uberall as an experienced chief executive: he had previously run Qredo and the document collaboration company Workshare, and earlier spent years building the international businesses of enterprise technology companies that went on to list in New York, among them Red Brick Systems, Broadbase Software and Interxion.

- Group Managing Director at Interxion, responsible for strategic growth and business development ahead of its 2011 IPO.
- Senior Vice President and General Manager International at Broadbase Software, building its international operations from start-up to IPO.

Professional Journey
Foy’s early career was in international expansion for American enterprise software companies. He was Director of International Sales and Business Development at Red Brick Systems, the data-warehousing database company later acquired by IBM, and then Senior Vice President and General Manager International at Broadbase Software, where by his own account he built the international operations as the company grew from a start-up to an IPO with revenues of more than $100 million.
He then moved into infrastructure as Group Managing Director of Interxion, the European data-centre operator, responsible for strategic growth and business development. He describes building its revenue to more than $350 million ahead of its listing on the New York Stock Exchange in early 2011.
His first chief executive roles were in enterprise collaboration software. He was CEO of SkyDox and then held the parallel position at Workshare, the London-based document comparison and secure file-sharing company, where the focus was delivering secure, cloud-enabled collaboration to large organisations. He later became CEO of Qredo, a company working in digital-asset infrastructure, bringing his enterprise technology experience into the blockchain sector.
In 2024 Uberall announced a change at the top. Florian Hübner, who co-founded the company in Berlin in 2013 with David Federhen and had led it as CEO through the 2021 acquisition of the US company MomentFeed, became President and handed the chief executive role to Foy. Hübner described him as the right person to lead a SaaS business to its next inflection point. On joining, Foy said the move was “an opportunity to be part of a company with a track record of remarkable achievements and tremendous potential.” He leads a management team that includes Chief Financial Officer Fabrice Lévy, with whom he is a managing director of Uberall GmbH.
