Professional Journey

Before Uptima, Wise worked as an enterprise resource planning and field service management consultant and trusted adviser, serving companies in medical device manufacturing, general manufacturing and high technology. She holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University, awarded in 1995 — a background that maps directly onto the operational, process-heavy work she went on to sell.

She and Boaz Meridor founded Uptima in Israel in 2007 on what the company describes as a simple premise: helping businesses simplify their processes. The firm attached itself early to the Salesforce ecosystem and later to Docusign, and rather than chasing breadth it concentrated on quote-to-cash and field service management for asset-heavy industries. Over time that concentration turned into productised intellectual property — the “Everything-to-Revenue” accelerators — and a set of partner designations that are difficult for generalist integrators to match.
