Executive Summary

Raj More co-founded RxLogix Corporation in 2010 and leads it as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Architect. RxLogix makes pharmacovigilance software, the systems drug makers and regulators use to take in adverse event reports, code them, report them and look for safety signals. He came to it from the incumbent side of that market, after senior roles at Relsys and Oracle, where the company says he led many of the industry’s largest global safety system implementations. His dual title reflects how RxLogix presents itself: as a product-led company whose chief executive is also its lead designer. The company says its platform serves more than 105 organisations, including five of the ten largest pharmaceutical companies and two regulatory agencies. In April 2026 it launched PVOne.AI, an agentic AI layer for safety operations.

Career Highlights

  • Co-founded RxLogix in 2010 and leads it as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Architect.
  • Previously held senior leadership roles at Relsys and Oracle in pharmacovigilance software.
  • Oversaw the April 2026 launch of PVOne.AI, which RxLogix describes as a fourth-generation agentic AI solution for drug safety.
  • RxLogix reports more than 105 customer organisations, including five of the ten largest pharmaceutical companies and two regulatory agencies.

Professional Journey

More studied industrial engineering and management at RV College of Engineering in Bangalore. He then built his career in enterprise pharmacovigilance software, which RxLogix puts at more than 25 years.

Before founding RxLogix he held senior leadership roles at Relsys and at Oracle. The company says he led many of the industry’s largest global pharmacovigilance implementations there: the multi-year projects that move a pharmaceutical company’s safety case management, regulatory reporting and signal detection onto a single system.

He co-founded RxLogix in 2010 to build software for the same functions. The company now sells products for case management, aggregate reporting, signal detection, analytics and safety operations, and has offices in Aventura, Florida (its headquarters), Princeton, California, Germany, Noida and Bengaluru. RxLogix says its platform covers case management, safety surveillance, regulatory reporting, signal detection and analytics, and that More pioneered innovations across all of them, most recently agentic AI.

That line of work led to the April 2026 launch of PVOne.AI. It sits on AI features already in the RxLogix platform, including case intake, event and product coding, auto-narratives and document authoring, and aims to coordinate them across the whole pharmacovigilance workflow. “PVOne.AI moves beyond task-level intelligence toward agentic orchestration across pharmacovigilance,” More said at the launch, arguing that this lets safety organisations work more efficiently and prioritise and detect signals more sharply.
