When the COVID-19 pandemic significantly increased his tax burden from his booming brokerage business, his accountant introduced him to the tax advantages of commercial real estate investing, transforming his financial outlook and career direction.

Iverson founded Veritas Equity to create lasting passive income and reduce tax burdens for himself and his family through multifamily real estate investing, later opening the strategy to other accredited investors.
