Professional Journey

Khadloya studied electrical and electronics engineering at BITS Pilani in India and took a master’s in computer science at the State University of New York at Albany, later completing an executive programme at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. His career began in engineering and stayed there for a long time before turning toward general management.

At Mentor Graphics, the electronic design automation company, he held senior management roles — an environment where software correctness is measured against silicon and there is no room for approximation. He then spent an extended period at Keynote Systems, the publicly listed web and mobile application performance management company, rising to Vice President of Engineering. Keynote’s business was measurement itself: instrumenting websites and mobile applications from the outside to establish what real users actually experienced. That is close in spirit to what he sells now.

From Keynote he moved to MobileIron as Vice President of Engineering, working on enterprise mobility management during the period when corporate IT was absorbing employee-owned devices and needed a control plane for them. Across these roles his consistent territory was cloud, mobile, IoT and performance monitoring — distributed systems where the interesting data is generated far from the datacentre.

He joined IntelliVision and came to lead its AI and analytics business as general manager while the company sat inside Nice North America, the residential and commercial security group. In November 2024 Nipun Vision Corporation acquired IntelliVision Technologies Corp outright, including customer accounts and existing contracts, and Khadloya was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the newly independent company. IntelliVision’s original founder and former chief executive, Vaidhi Nathan, returned at the same time as an investor and chairman. The company’s positioning since has been as an independent video AI vendor supplying analytics to device makers and system integrators across security, automotive and transportation markets, with generative and agentic AI features layered onto the established detection stack.
