Yaramada built the first part of his career inside large organizations, with tenures at KPMG, Tata Consultancy Services, Johnson & Johnson, and General Electric, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. In 2003 he founded Jade Global, an IT consulting firm focused on enterprise application implementation and later on the Salesforce and Oracle ecosystems. Two decades of implementation consulting gave him a repeated view of where enterprise automation stalls. Companies invest heavily in ERP, CRM, and finance systems that work well on structured data, and then discover that a large share of their actual operational input arrives as unstructured documents — supplier invoices in hundreds of different layouts, insurance claims documents, purchase orders, remittance advices — which no amount of workflow configuration can process because the data has to be read out of them first. Traditional optical character recognition handles clean, consistent formats and degrades badly on everything else, which is why accounts payable departments remain heavily manual even in otherwise well-automated finance functions.

He founded Kanverse.ai in October 2020 to attack that layer. The product combines computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and validate data from documents without requiring templates for each format, aiming at touchless processing rates high enough that human review becomes the exception rather than the rule.
