Professional Journey

DeRemer’s background is in the consultancy side of product rather than in engineering management alone. He spent five years at frog design as an associate strategy director, then co-founded Grande Labs, and then moved in-house at Chobani as advanced concepts manager for innovation, leading brand- and design-led projects to bring new food products to market — an unusual detour that put him on the commercial side of what innovation work is actually for.

He returned to digital products as a founding partner of Posse Productions, an app studio designing, building and launching applications for companies and entrepreneurs.
