Professional Journey
Mickley has worked in logistics for more than 30 years, on both sides of the relationship: as a shipper, with Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay and Sherwin-Williams, and with private and private equity-owned shippers; and inside third-party logistics providers, in middle and senior management roles ranging from domestic operators to global integrated logistics companies. The senior roles Keller names are at SEKO Logistics, iDesign, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and The Step2 Company. Keller describes him as a strategist, team builder and turnaround specialist.
In November 2024 Keller Logistics Group announced his appointment as President of its Warehousing and Co-Packing business unit, reporting to Chief Operating Officer Nate Schaublin. “As Keller continues expanding our distribution and co-packing services across the United States, Daryl’s extensive background and pragmatic, customer-first approach make him a valuable addition to our leadership team,” Schaublin said. The unit’s work spans the food and beverage, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods and sustainable energy verticals.
Keller Logistics Group has operated from Defiance, Ohio since 1978 and is organised into business units, with Keller Trucking and Keller Freight Solutions each run by its own president alongside Mickley’s warehousing and co-packing business.
