Executive Summary

Dan Corazzi is Chief Executive Officer of Solifi, which sells software for secured finance — originations, portfolio management, servicing, risk and compliance for banks, captive finance arms and independent lessors and lenders. He took over in January 2025 from David Hamilton, who moved up to chairman after more than seven years as CEO, and came from outside the lending technology niche: his career of roughly 25 years in enterprise software ran through SAP, a seven-year stint running spend management company ESM Solutions, and the chief revenue officer role at procurement software provider JAGGAER. Under him Solifi has continued the acquisition-led expansion of its predecessor, buying Inovatec Systems in 2026 to deepen its reach into automotive and specialty lending.

Career Highlights

  • Chief Executive Officer of Solifi since 13 January 2025, succeeding David Hamilton, who became Chairman.
  • Announced Solifi’s acquisition of Inovatec Systems Corporation, a Vancouver-based cloud lending platform for automotive, powersports and specialty lenders, in September 2026.
  • Chief Revenue Officer of JAGGAER, responsible for all customer-facing activity, before joining Solifi.
  • Chief executive of ESM Solutions Corporation for seven years, during which it was named among the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies.
  • At SAP, General Manager of the Customer Experience business in North America and Chief Operating Officer of the Financial Services Industries business.

Professional Journey

Corazzi’s career has been spent in enterprise software, around 25 years by Solifi’s account. At SAP he held two senior roles: General Manager of the company’s Customer Experience business in North America, and Chief Operating Officer for its Financial Services Industries business — the latter giving him exposure to the banks and lenders that are now his customers.

He spent seven years as chief executive of ESM Solutions Corporation, a cloud-based spend management provider, which was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies during his tenure. He then moved to JAGGAER, a global procurement software company, as Chief Revenue Officer with responsibility for all customer-facing activity.

Solifi announced his appointment as chief executive on 7 January 2025, effective the 13th. The company, run from Minneapolis and Milton Keynes, describes itself as a global fintech software partner for secured finance; it had been built under Hamilton through the launch of its Open Finance Platform and acquisitions in automotive finance and working capital, and served more than 300 secured finance businesses at the time of the handover. Harry Taylor, a managing director at private equity backer TA, welcomed the appointment. In early interviews Corazzi set himself the goal of meeting 100 customers in his first 100 days across equipment finance, asset-based lending and specialty lending.

In September 2026 Solifi acquired Inovatec Systems Corporation, a Vancouver-based provider of cloud lending software covering digital application, credit adjudication, funding, servicing, payments and collections. Corazzi presented the deal as a response to fragmentation in automotive finance, where retail origination and servicing, wholesale finance, dealer operations, asset data and risk oversight are, in his words, “deeply interdependent, yet they are often managed through separate systems.” Financial terms were not disclosed.
