Executive Summary

Adam Malpocher is Chief Financial Officer of FYUL, the group formed when the print-on-demand companies Printful and Printify merged as equal partners in November 2024. The group also owns Snow Commerce, a merchandise and eCommerce services business Printful bought in 2023. He was named CFO when the merger completed, as part of the first leadership team of the combined company. So his job was not to take over an existing finance function. He had to build one for a business that joined two rival platforms from the same city, Riga, and still runs them as separate brands.

Career Highlights

  • Chief Financial Officer of FYUL, listed on the company’s leadership team under CEO Alex Saltonstall.
  • Named CFO in the merged company’s leadership team, which Printful announced on 20 November 2024 when the Printful–Printify merger completed.
  • Named with Alexander C. Saltonstall as an executive officer and director of Solar Holdco, Inc. in a January 2025 SEC Form D, which reported a roughly $1.6 billion equity offering tied to a business combination.

Professional Journey

Printful and Printify grew up as competitors in Riga. Printful was founded there in 2013 and made its name fulfilling print-on-demand orders from its own production centres. Printify followed in 2015 with a marketplace model that sent orders to a network of third-party print providers. In 2023 Printful bought Snow Commerce, a Cincinnati company founded in 2010 that runs full-service merchandise and eCommerce programmes for large brands.

On 5 November 2024 the two Riga companies announced a merger as equal partners. The deal completed later that month, and on 20 November Printful published the leadership team of the combined business. Printful’s chief executive, Alex Saltonstall, became CEO. Printify’s chief executive, Anastasija Oleinika, became President and Head of Platform. Malpocher was named Chief Financial Officer. The announcement did not say what role he held before the merger.

A Form D filed with the SEC in January 2025 by Solar Holdco, Inc. lists Malpocher and Alexander C. Saltonstall as its executive officers and directors. It reports an equity offering of about $1.6 billion, classed as a business combination, with a first sale on 14 November 2024. The filing does not name either company. Its Charlotte, North Carolina address is the one Printful gives on its own website.

The combined company took the name FYUL around the first anniversary of the merger. It now presents Printify, Printful and Snow Commerce as brands under one group. Its leadership page lists Malpocher as Chief Financial Officer. In its 2026 newsroom posts, FYUL says it spent the first year after the merger building its organisational foundations and is now concentrating on growth.
