She joined Innovid on August 22, 2012, serving as Vice President of Finance through 2015. She became Senior Vice President of Global Finance in 2016 and Chief Financial Officer on January 1, 2020. Her tenure as CFO spanned the company’s transition to public markets: Innovid combined with the special purpose acquisition company ION Acquisition Corp. 2 Ltd. and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CTV at the end of 2021, and she signed its annual and quarterly certifications as principal financial officer from then on.

In October 2023 Innovid appointed Anthony Callini as CFO. The company’s filing said she was leaving to pursue other opportunities, stepping down from the CFO role on October 16, 2023 and remaining for a six-month transition period to support her successor.

Threecolts announced her appointment as Chief Financial Officer on June 10, 2025. Founded in 2021 by Yoda Yee, Threecolts builds software to optimise operations for online sellers, brands and retailers; at the time of her appointment it said it had acquired 23 businesses, served more than 20,000 paying customers, employed more than 500 people and raised about $200 million. Yee said her track record in capital markets would be valuable as the company considered its strategic options. The appointment followed Threecolts’s February 2025 launch of bundled product packages.
