He started as Controller and was made Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration in July 2007, at 34. Cambridge Heart was a small SEC registrant. As CFO he also served as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary, signed its annual reports as principal financial and accounting officer, and gave the financial review on its earnings calls. The company’s filings name him through at least late 2012.
Somero’s biography of him also lists senior financial roles at Gillette; those dates are not established. He then became Vice President of Finance at Conformis, described in Somero’s biography of him as a NASDAQ-listed orthopaedics manufacturer and marketer. A Conformis equity distribution agreement dated May 2017 names him in that role as one of the company’s authorized representatives.
He joined Somero Enterprises in September 2018 as Vice President of Finance and Controller. Somero makes laser-guided screeds and material placement machines for commercial concrete construction.
