Professional Journey

Priyadarshi studied physics at Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University in India and took an MBA in Finance at the University of Technology Sydney. He joined PepsiCo in 1999 and stayed until 2013, moving through finance, strategy and operations roles. His last PepsiCo job was CFO of Global R&D and Global Nutrition Platforms, which Wabash’s proxy describes as a $10 billion nutritious food and beverage business.

He then moved to Cipla, the global generic pharmaceutical company. He served first as Group Head, Corporate Strategy and Development and then as Global Chief Operating Officer. In 2016 he joined Walmart as Vice President, Finance & Strategy for Walmart U.S., leading finance for its general merchandise and soft line business unit. In 2017 he became Vice President of Finance for Walmart U.S. eCommerce. That covered Walmart.com, Hayneedle.com, Shoes.com, Moosejaw.com and the Store No 8 incubator.

In 2018 he left for Flexport, the digital freight forwarder, as Chief Financial Officer. There he ran all financial operations plus global real estate and the insurance P&L. In April 2020 he became CFO of Vista Outdoor, the outdoor sports and recreation products company, and held the job until October 2022.

He joined Keurig Dr Pepper as Chief Financial Officer in November 2022. A year later the company added its international segment to his remit, making him CFO and President, International. Planet Fitness says he co-led the development of KDP’s enterprise-wide strategic plan in that role, alongside running global finance, IT and the international operating organisation. He left the role in November 2025, when Anthony DiSilvestro became CFO, and advised the company until April 2026.

Planet Fitness appointed him on 25 June 2026, effective immediately. Interim CFO Tom Fitzgerald, a former Planet Fitness CFO who had returned in March, stayed on as an advisor until mid-September. Chief Executive Colleen Keating cited his global experience; Planet Fitness says he has led businesses in more than 80 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa. The international part of the job matters because the company’s clubs now extend beyond the United States to Canada, Panama, Mexico, Australia and Spain. Six weeks after joining, he signed Planet Fitness’s second-quarter 10-Q as principal financial officer.

His board seats have also moved. He joined Wabash National’s board in November 2022 and left it on 1 August 2026. He served on the board of Chobani from 2025 to 2026. In July 2026 he joined the board of Primo Brands, where he sits on the Audit and Sustainability committees.
