Galfo joined L’Oréal in 1998 in the Consumer Products Division in Paris, where she worked in global skincare and makeup marketing for L’Oréal Paris. She was then promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Makeup Marketing at Lancôme, leading the brand’s global makeup strategy and innovation pipeline. In 2010 she moved to New York and held a series of marketing and sales leadership roles there.

From 2016 to 2020 she worked outside the group, as Chief Marketing Officer of the jeweller David Yurman and as Global Brand President at Revlon. She then returned to L’Oréal USA as General Manager of Armani Beauty. The company credits her with setting the vision and strategy that made Armani Beauty one of the fastest-growing makeup brands in the Luxe division, with growth in both sales and profitability.
