Professional Journey

Leslie earned a BA in accounting at the University at Albany and joined Goldman Sachs in 1996 as an associate in the Finance Division. In 2001 she moved to the Technology Division to run Commodities Technology, and in 2006 she became global head of Currency and Commodities Technology and a managing director.

In 2008 she moved to Operations to lead global operations for the Commodities business, and in 2018 became global head of Operations for the Securities Division. She was named partner in 2012. She later led Operations and Platform Engineering for the Global Markets Division, served a first term as Chief Administrative Officer, and was Chief Operating Officer of Global Banking & Markets and global head of its Operations and Engineering.

She is again the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer, co-chairs the Partnership Committee and sits on the Management Committee.
