Professional Journey
Reichwein grew up around Revcor. The company describes her as having “been around the company her entire life”, and the business she now helps run was founded by her grandfather and led since the 1980s by her father. Rather than join straight from school, she built a separate professional footing first. She studied Accounting at Lehigh University, where she competed as a Division I athlete and graduated magna cum laude. According to Revcor, she obtained her CPA immediately after graduating and then joined PwC’s Manhattan office.
She joined Revcor full-time in 2016 as Executive Vice President, running the administrative side of the company: finance, human resources, information technology, quality and process management. Her company biography, written in that role, puts her approach in a line she borrows from Nelson Mandela, “I never lose. Either I win or learn”, and ties it to investing in people, technologies and processes.
She is now Chief Operating Officer. The Titan 100 Chicago programme, which listed her among its 2026 executives, describes her remit as spanning manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, technology and people operations, and credits her with introducing a new fan platform and repositioning engineering as a function that generates value. It also dates Revcor’s founding to 1946.
Revcor makes engineered airflow components. Its headquarters plant in Carpentersville, about 40 miles northwest of Chicago, was built in 1954 and has been expanded six times to more than 330,000 square feet, housing a technical centre with airflow laboratories. A second plant in Reynosa, Mexico, opened in 2006 and produces fan blades, blower wheels and blower housings. Her father remains President and CEO. His own biography describes the plan to move leadership to the third generation, with Brittany positioned to take over, and the company presents her as committed to building on what her grandfather and father achieved.
