At American Express he led global digital transformation across cards, consumer travel and banking. In March 2013 he joined Disney as Executive Vice President of Digital and Global Chief Technology Officer for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, overseeing a global team of digital, data, operations, technology, creative and product professionals. His team served guests across Disney’s theme parks, hotels, cruise ships, retail stores, restaurants, Disney Vacation Club and Adventures by Disney.

In July 2021 he became Chief Strategy Officer of MGM Resorts International, and in July 2022 he joined CVS Health, where he now also heads CVS Health Ventures.
