  • Chief Operating Officer of RouteOne since August 2024 and a member of its Executive Committee.

  • More than ten years in technology leadership at Ally Financial, covering remarketing, indirect finance, direct finance and digital platforms.
  • Named Vice President, Strategy and Operations in February 2019, adding Business Operations to his Customer Success and Strategic Planning teams after the previous COO left.
  • Management and technology consulting in automotive and vehicle finance, including at Deloitte.

Professional Journey

Bolduc’s background includes management consulting and technology sales in automotive and vehicle finance, including consulting work at Deloitte. His sources do not date those roles. He was one of RouteOne’s first employees in the early 2000s and helped build the company in product and program management roles.

He then spent more than ten years at Ally Financial in technology leadership roles across remarketing, indirect finance, direct finance and digital platforms. Ally is one of RouteOne’s four joint-venture owners, so this was a move to the owner side of the business.

He rejoined RouteOne in 2018. His roles since then include overseeing the management team’s work for the joint-venture owners, leading the call centre and customer support functions, and running the corporate strategy office. When COO Brad Rogers left in January 2019 after 17 years, RouteOne did not replace him directly. It split his responsibilities among five executives. Bolduc added the Business Operations team to his Customer Success and Strategic Planning teams, became Vice President, Strategy and Operations, and reported directly to CEO Justin Oesterle.

In August 2024 RouteOne named him Chief Operating Officer. The company said he would lead dealer support operations and oversee its strategic enterprise planning processes. Oesterle said he “creates an enormous positive impact for RouteOne, its owners, and our customers.” RouteOne’s leadership page lists him as COO on an Executive Committee that also includes the CFO, CRO, Chief Legal and Privacy Officer, Chief Product Officer, CIO and the President of RouteOne Canada.
